| Further Description: Very simple wooden residence with flat topped windows and doors. Windows are all double hung, 1/1 lite. Vertical boards frame corners of house. Fascia boards follow eaves. Upright with a wing desing basically. | |||||
| History and Significance: House built by trustees of the U. B. Church in 1890. The church itself was to the east of the Manse on Maumee. In 1920, the trustees sold the house to a John Morrison, and it has had many owners since then. | |||||
