Further Description:
Roof features patterned slates, molded brick drips over windows and doors in double rows. All windows segmentally arched 1/1 with lug sills. Simple porch with turned posts (over new foundation). There is a shed roofed section at the rear, as well as a car port at the NE rear of the house.
History and Significance:
Architecturally significant to S. Maumee. Possibly built for William Rettig who owned property from 1899-1908, or Henry O. and Lowesa Fruth who owned property from 1908-1936. Good late Queen Anne.

On a quiet residential street, near alley. Tree studded lot.
