| Further Description: Hipped dormers on front, west, and rear roof sections. A wide overhanging eave caps a wide freize band with a molding strip on it. The house is symmetrical, with a central door with sidelights and 2 narrow vertical windows centered over it, on the second floor. Windows are all 2/2 with lug sills. There is a wide porch across the front with fluted ionic columns and capitals. There is also a bevelled stone water table. A one story bay is on the east facade; and on the west, an unusual protrusion juts slightly from the wall and is supported by vertical rows of corbelling. This protrusion holds 3 vertical windows. A 2 story flat roofed section is attached to the rear. | |||||
| History and Significance: A fine example of a 'catalog colonial'. Possibly the McMillan residence, it was purchased in 1925 for use as the priests residence of St. Augustine's Catholic Church. | |||||
| Description of Environment and Outbuildings: On residential street, behind Catholic church. | |||||
