| Further Description: House features front wall of stone and shingle, two shed dormers in front, a stone chimney and a porch with stone and wood square pillars. Porte-cochere in Bungalow style runs from east facade of house. Front porch roof is hipped, with 2 obtuse angles in pediment. | |||||
| History and Significance: House build by Cary E. Rothenberger, son of Frederick, a Henry County farmer. Cary was in the hardware business at Holgate. His second wife was Olga Buchenberg, in whose name the property was listed from 1935 to 1943. Excellent example of Bungalow style in Napoleon. | |||||
