Further Description:
One of older houses on outskirts of Napoleon. House exhibits features of vernacular Greek Revival, including sloping roof (gentle), fascia boards in eaves, and flat-topped windows. Tin roof also still evident on house. Windows and doors are flat-topped, double hung 2/2.
History and Significance:
House owned by George Huffman in 1893 and remained in family until 1919. Example of variations possible within Greek Revival style in NW Ohio. House is basically unaltered on exterior.
