Vertical wood siding in front, fake mansard roof front with overhang. Four doors with a side entry also, deep recessed entries in first story commericial. Brick bearing with a stress fracture at the north end.
History and Significance:
Structure is not indicated on 1875 atlas.

Structure is located immediately southwest of the Maumee River Bridge on Perry Street.
