Further Description:
Eclectic treatment. Constructed in brick and Berea Sandstone, consistes of projecting central and terminal pavilions, stone pilasters and columns, foliated cornice, ornately decorated square tower with mansardic dome and statue of justice. Altered interior.
History and Significance:
Designed by D. W. Gibbs. It is a good example of late nineteenth century architecture.

Occupies one-half block in Central Business District of Napoleon.
