Further Description:
This house has gabled dormers with diamond windows. The windows are arched with brick lintels and stone sills. There is a rusticated brick water table. There is a brick porch and a brick railing and Doric columns, and an old brick chimney. An addition has been added to the rear.
History and Significance:
Possibly built by Harry Yarnell in 1906. He operated Yarnell Bros. coal and hay business at 302 E. Washington Street.
