Further Description:
Very unusual 2 story building employing extensive Gothic decorative elements including intersecting foils and other tracery elements. Six multiple oriel windows on second floor; paired finials mark division between each store front. First floor entrances altered.
History and Significance:
R. B. Heller had this commercial Block contructed in 1899 to house 6 businesses. In 1977 it has 5 different types of businesses. Architecturally significant.
