Further Description:
Gables (both stories), frame running course, some decorative shingling in wave-like patterns around the house. 2-story bay juts from Sheffield facade and is capped by a steeply pitched gable; set of double windows in each story. Gabled section faces Welsted also. Addition at rear of house.
History and Significance:
Fine small scale Queen Anne home. Unusual in treatment of steep gables and 2-story bay.

Southwest corner of Sheffield and Welsted Streets. Residential neighborhood.
