Further Description:
Nice example of bungalow style. Brick window sills on casement windows. Gabled dormer across front of house. One large gable on each side. Roof was originally of wood shingles. Bay window and half moon window on side. Porch with doric columns.
History and Significance:
Built for Don Orwig in 1919. He was the son of Luther Orwig, later owner and publisher of the Northwest News.

Sits on a city lot, along a residential street, nearly engulfed by foliage.
