| Further Description: Leaded glass windows left side with stained glass in upper part. Original storm windows open from outside by a handle. Second story windows have stone sills with brackets and semi-circular arckes with stone keystones. Front door leaded glass with leaded glass at sides (glass beveled), stone lentil and siding. Stone between basement and first story, and again between first and second story. Front columns of wood with plaster paint added ca. 1950-60. Doric columns. Palladium window front. Portice. Aller name in tile in front entrance. Garage original and doors have side hinges. | |||||
| History and Significance: House built by Edward W. Aller, son of Frederick Aller who was co-owner of Heller-Aller Company. House bought by Henry F. Pohlman in 1921. It remained in the Pohlman family until 1950. | |||||
