Halfmoon windows in gables. Hinged shutters. Porch - double Doric Columns.
History and Significance:
Was built by Warren Balsley. He was in partnership with J. C. Saur in the Saur and Balsley Drug Store. Balsley had the house built in 1880.

Sits on a corner lot in a residential area. Garage to rear of house, unattached.
